This policy explains what personal data Strain Relief for Parents collects, why we collect it, how we store it, and what your rights are. We will never sell your data or use it for any purpose beyond what is described here.

Strain Relief for Parents is a parent coaching service operated by Joe Ogborn, based in Cambridgeshire, United Kingdom.

For the purposes of data protection law, Lex Ogborn is the data controller responsible for your personal data.

We process all personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

We do not collect sensitive personal data from children, and our services are intended for adults (parents and caregivers) only.

3. Why we collect your data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

6. How long we keep your data

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

We share data only with the service providers listed in Section 5, and only to the extent necessary to deliver our services. We may disclose data if required by law, or where there is a serious and credible risk of harm to you or others.

8. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use only essential session storage to remember dismissed banners during your visit. No personal data is stored in cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

9. Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available at this page. Significant changes will be notified to active clients and newsletter subscribers by email.
